The agreed upon rules for the company web site stand as:
1. Members and initiates are to check the website every other day
2. All official events need at least one weeks notification before they are considered 'company events' (IE: if a practice is requested for saturday, it must have been posted on friday of the previous week.)
3. when a movement or suggestion is posted members have 3 days to respond, on the fourth day total votes will be tallied for the result. Those who failed to respond by that time lose thier right to vote on the subject.
4. As always, if the company is in unanimous agreement, exceptions can be made to these rules.

Amongst our group the term 'bzzt' is commonly known as a negative response. other negative responses: nope, negative, fuck that, BLARG!, and a shaking of the head, all closely related to the word, NO.

k just point things out for the benifit of the company and when were there is a meeting im sure you guys have already thought about it but we need to figure out what were going to do cuz well lose guys if we cant get them suited up.

I have no doubt about our ability to get guys suited up. That really wont be an issue.
Mine priority will be getting the company to interract more with other groups. We need to gather as our own party more often, and go to practices with other groups as well. Ignition, Clan Carn, Keypoint, Legion... just to think of a few.

i can agree with you kegion but your thinking really far ahead we should worry about your men and training with our own guys first before we go practice with others unless were going to make a brigade with another group. Im not saying you dont have a valid point and have had one since this has been something you have been trying to stress with the group for some time now, but i still think we just have more pressing matters.

i agree with both of your views. lets discuss a timeline for our efforts and focus those efforts as well we need to prioritize! i do not like that we have not had any contact with Isiah Tim Allen Dereck in over a month! lets do something about that before months end! i nominate Arthmael as initiate liaison!!!!

I just want to say to Durin and Rose...Thankyou both very much for all you did and have done for the black company and for the SCA itself...I cant begin to imagine the sacrafices the two of you gave..my self and my wife...and I hope the rest of the company... are very gratefull for everything...Thankyou for your hospitality and for opening up your home to all of us..I pray and hope that whatever friendships may have been broke can at one point be restored...Again I appreciate you both and thankyou again..take care
