october company weekend

As it stands we do not have a place to hold the company weekends. Due to a need to plan, I'm requesting the weekend be the last one of october and that someone come forward with an idea of where to have it. Charlie and I are no longer living in a place where that loud of an event is appropriate so we can't vollunteer. Also food is going to have to be either bring your own or preferably potluck style. I'm worried that the weekends will stop happening and the new initiates will get bored in the off season and fade away. Please help me keep this fun weekend going for the company.

If we could get an accurate count of whose coming that would make it easier as well.

Where did you guys move?.....plenty of parks around that we can have practices at....abunch here in mount vernon that are free and have covered picnic areas

Alanna and I moved back into Sedro-Woolley. Unfortunately we cannot host weekends as of yet. However, Keypoint has invited us to participate in thier weekend events, and Derfel suggested that we hold our company weekends with them for now.

that sounds like a good plan for now. When are their weekends?

i am not in objection of that, for the short term solution long term we still need to decide on a course of action. determine Durin and Roses level of involvement etc...
